Halloween!

Happy Halloween! (a little late!)

We made the rounds at Daddy's office Friday afternoon with all the other kiddos and even saw Bert and Ernie! Katie Beth caught a glimpse of them early on, and then walked around yelling for them ( "BERT!? ERNIE!? 'ERE ARE YOU??") - totally ignoring all the candy!




Then on Saturday we did a little pumpkin carving - guess who was all about helping pull the innards out of the pumpkins!











Then a little Trick- Or- Treating with a whisker-ed girl!

Potty Time!

It's Potty Training (Yes with capitol letters) time in the Osborne household. We've been playing around and inconsistently sitting on the potty since around 15mo. We have the potty seats, we finished/re-finished a couple of stools (one for up-stairs, and one for down), we have the training panties. All systems go.

So we've ditched the diapers, set the timer for approximately 20minute intervals and thus begins the adventure!


As of now, we've had several successful potty experiences and a few accidents.

I've promised her these (or something similar that we saw at Target) if she can pee on the potty. She's stoked.... when she remembers about it :P

Now I know my A-B-C's...

Today it's official. My baby girl is not only walking, talking, and (mostly) sleeping in a toddler bed, she can now say her A-B-C's - including the "now I know my A-B-C's" part at the end.

She's not a baby anymore - where did it go?
